Choose your designs
Decide what you'll make — choose from 100+ mold options to make your own bowls, trays, planters, vases, and/or jars.
Mix the cement
We walk you through the water-to-cement ratio and hand you the bucket. This is the fun, messy part. (Aprons provided, no experience necessary!)
Pour, set, and relax
Pour into your mold and add color or layering if you're feeling ambitious. Then refresh and connect with the group while your designs cure.
Glaze and go
Finish with a food-safe, nontoxic, water-resistant sealer, wrap up your pieces (most guests leave with about three), and carry them out the door, feeling like a true artisan!

Cemented is subtle artistry in hand-poured cement, each piece featuring its own distinct nuances. Borrowing from the earth's palette, the designs come in neutral shades of grey, brown, charcoal, and terracotta, with select items highlighted by genuine turquoise inlay.

Janet Kinkade first worked with hand-poured cement back in 2020, making photography props for her jewelry brand, Reva Grey. She used whatever she could find for molds, including a baking sheet and some empty Christmas ornaments. That's just how she operates, figuring things out as she goes.
Life got busy after that. Between raising a family, growing Reva Grey, and opening her boutique, Olive + Tweed in Park City, cement took a backseat for a while. Then she met the love of her life, Ron, and together they started a new chapter, building a home they'd eventually call The New West, meant to be a gathering place that welcomed family and friends in with warmth. They filled it with earthy, natural textures and decor that echoed the heritage of the West.
Then she lost Ron, just 16 months into their marriage. In the middle of grieving, she found her way back to hand-poured cement as a way to heal, to slow down, and to connect with other people.
While she shares her own pieces through the New West Studio Collection at her Park City boutique, she's also opened up the experience to others. That's what cemented. workshops are all about…the excitement of making something with your own hands — something organic, beautiful, and lasting. Do I need any experience?
+None at all. Every workshop is guided start to finish, and most of our guests have never worked with cement before.
Can I bring a group?
+Yes — you can all sign up for the same standard workshop, or you can book a private workshop where we come to you for get-togethers, birthdays, or special events.
What's your cancellation policy?
+Once you've booked your standard workshop, if you need to make a change, let us know and we can reschedule you for a future workshop.
When do I get to take my piece home?
+Right away — every piece you make is yours to keep, and you'll walk out with it the same day. Pieces are dry, not wet, so there's no wait or separate pickup needed. If you're traveling or flying home, just let us know and we'll make sure it's packed to travel safely.
